Founded in 2018 by Cecily Jaffe (formerly of Cecily's Love Lane Gallery in Mattituck) and Kristen Asher-O'Rourke, a Jamesport native, Jamesport Art & Framing is a custom picturing framing shop and small gallery predominantly featuring local artists from the North Fork of Long Island.

We pride ourselves on having a keen eye for artistic detail as well as the technical skills and ability to always honor the integrity of your artwork and further enhance the aesthetics of your home.

​Kristen Asher-O'Rourke holds a Bachelor’s Degree of Fine Arts in Photography and also owns a local photography business. Kristen is a professional retoucher, having previously worked for publications such as Vogue and the New Yorker. She serves as the in-house professional retoucher and restoration artist. Using acute attention to detail, and a little TLC, she brings life back into older or damaged images. ​

These days, Cecily is enjoying retirement and being a Granny, after spending 30 years expertly framing on the North Fork of Long Island and in her previous store, Cecily's Love Lane Gallery. Cecily, a former museum curator, exhibition designer (Brooklyn Children’s), as well as sculptor and light show artist is no stranger to the art community. Kristen was lucky to train under Cecily for over a decade and soaked up all the knowledge and skills Cecily had to offer.
